LTeX - offline diplomacy

Obviously, it means that I reintroduced diplomacy=1 there. Also, I set contactturns=5 to let players make meeting without embassy.

Land gain/loss not working?
Sat, 03/15/2008 - 12:52 — emjIs the land gain/loss patch working. To me it seems like almost nothing has happened sure we have some water tiles on land and vice versa, but nothing big has happened..
