Victory! LT7 is over

Victory! In LT7 only our alliance and players who have accepted our victory are still alive. That means Lantti, Mursu, Reksa, Maho and Marduk have won LT7 :)

Congratulations allies! It wasn't easy, we fought against a coalition twice our number with equally modern technology, but we did it.

Surrender List

It's clear that LT7 is nearing it's end. So we can start making a list of which players agree to surrender to the Lantti, Mursu, Reksa, Maho and Marduk alliance, and which insist to fight on.

LT7 Server down again

Can somebody confirm the LT7 server is down again. It seems I can't connect.

Alliances of the world

We have some alliances that I know of.
1. the Meat alliance Makak Emj Antrew and Trlv (close by the south pole)
2. the SEC alliance Egypt China Czech, Swedish (on the other side of the south pole)
3. Romans (close to the North pole, perhaps war client says so anyways.)

Do you know of any others?

I want to name some places on the map, e.g. there should be names on poles.

I implemented http://www.longturn.org/post-c... at LT7 and .... nothing.

Localhorst (RIP player) saw whole map, and he still see whole map. So we only wasted few hours of current turn.

So my proposition is ... before you post a proposition, please test if it really works.

LT6-8 - votings results

  • http://www.longturn.org/dead-players-should-not-see-map. I must count result for each game separately, because voters elgible in one game, are not elgible in other, so:

    • LT6 - pro: jajcus, szym, emj. against: nero,pipo,maho. FAILED
    • LT7 - pro: ineffabiliken, jajcus,szym, pablo z hradce, emj, lantti. against: nero, pipo, maho. PASSED.

LT7 - player removed, player added

Due to fact that Zachron and Zelos was way more than 10 turns idle, I have removed Zachron, and replaced Zelos with Dobradavid.

Welcome Dobradavid.

Also, because Dobradavid is in bad position, because he is starting quite late - I have added 200 gp to his gold, and I have added him 2 settlers.

Dead players should not see the map

In LT7 knowledge of where islands are located is very valuable information. Giving that info to dead players is very harmful, in many ways. So I propose we remove the ability of dead players to see the whole map.

So, should we modify savegames of already running games using such command:

Removing vision from dead players

This small one liner will put everyone in the game into their own team, this will hinder dead players from seeing the whole map. Which is something I find very abnormal.
