LTXIII - set the map size

I think we should play on a large map.
The current default for size is 4 or 4,000 tiles. I think this is too small for 30 players with minimum distance between cities of 4. I suggest the same size as recent longturn games size=20 or 20,000 tiles.
I found this quote in the freeciv manual
The size option defines the size of the map, which should be based on the number of players and the planned length of the game. The default map size of 4000 tiles is big enough for a fairly quick two players game, but will be a frustratingly fast game for more than three people.

I like crowdy games ;). Lot of randomness at beginning.
