LTXIII - set landmass

I suggest we change the landmass setting. it configures the percentage of the map that is land

The default for freeciv is 30.
Recent longturn games have used the value 50.

My reason for adding the poll is a recent comment suggesting the default landmass might be too small for 30 players. Also see the previous discussion on landmass in lt7 by clicking the landmass tag above.

Setting in the core server settings.
landmass - Percentage of the map that is land
Minimum: 15, Default: 30, Maximum: 85

What landmass should we use in LTXIII ?

Hmm, a game with much landmass might play very differently. Coastal cities tend to rapture much easier.
