LT12 - decrease rapturedelay?

Some of LT players says that they don't like so slow rapturing (to be honest, we have 3x slower rapture than in normal game), and it should be faster.
I think that we could try more normal rapturedelay ...
So, do you want rapturedelay to be:
- 7
- more than 7
- 7
- more than 7, more than 7, more than 7, 7, 7

I didn't find the page for voting. However I think that rapturedelay should be at least 3, otherwise Republic becomes the only possible choice, as it gives too big advantage...

I think this voting hasn't been done correctly. Voting time shouldn't be limited to 1 week if there's no reason for that. Sure we have a duty to keep an eye on the website, but there haven't been new votings for a while so lots of people probably missed this one (as I have).
And I think we have an ancient rule that at least half of the players should cast their vote in order for the result to be binding ;) Seriously we can't make changes based on 9 out of 30 votes, if the number is so low simply because the poll duration was too short.

Yes, I used to make 2 weeks polls, I don't know why :). I simply thought that rules says so, and I always was angry that so much time is wasting.

If you can point me to a page written prior to the start of this vote where this rule is clearly stated, I would have to agree. But if not, then it is the players' own fault for not paying attention and their loss if for whatever reason they do not want rapturedelay=1. The vote was done in a timely manner and in good faith.

I don't know why we were voting on changing rapture delay before anybody had time to actually rapture with our new setup (I'm assuming nobody had republic at this time!). Although maybe for lt13 we can actually decide if we should be using 1, 2 or 3.
